Hey!

We’re Ella and Jonathan, a husband and wife team. We are childhood sweethearts and we’ve been together for 12 years now. Jonathan is from the rural SW Wales and Ella grew up in the countryside in SW France, we both met at Film School in London where we learnt film and photography and fell completely in love with each other.

Now we’re both 30 years old, we have two cheeky children called Lily and Noah who are 6 and 9 years old and a crazy cockapoo dog called Coco Pops.

We have settled in the UK in Kent, where we love to go for muddy walks with the dog, picnics in the summer, and drinking hot chocolate whilst snuggling in front of Netflix for our family movie nights.

We also have a base in Southern France, just below Bordeaux, where Ella grew up. We love going there with the kids to visit family for mini breaks in the sun, exploring sleepy French villages and enjoying a cheeky glass of French wine in the evenings. 

We’ve worked for the BBC and National Geographic for our documentary filmmaking, filming natural history documentaries. We also have a background in fashion photography capturing styled shoots for magazines. We’ve had the pleasure to have been published in Brides, Rock my Wedding, Vogue, Junebug Weddings and Green Wedding Shoes among many others.

We feel incredibly lucky to work together as a couple team, we’re incredibly chilled and have lots of fun. We first started capturing weddings when Lily was still a baby and our friend asked us to capture their wedding. We were nervous at first but very quickly fell in love with capturing weddings and we got the wedding bug and haven’t stopped since!

400 weddings later, we have had the pleasure to capture so many beautiful weddings and meet so many lovely couples capturing their stories. Each wedding day is uniquely special and it feels such an honour to capture precious memories for our couples.

We also love to travel, we’ve been incredibly lucky to travel for destination weddings and elopements to many destinations including Iceland, Venice, Paris, Santorini, Mykonos, South of France and Tuscany.

We love telling stories and capturing all the raw natural moments and love on the best days of people’s lives surrounded by their closest family and friends. We love what we do, we feel incredibly grateful, it’s honestly the best job in the world!
